TERMS AND CONDITIONS - GROUP TOURS

Preamble  

Groups of 20 or more, up to 200 people. Reservations are required in advance. La Cité Immersive Viking reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions at any time. 

ARTICLE 1 - Booking a visit

Visits must be booked and paid for in advance. Groups can contact gwladys.okondo@cites-immersives.fr to organize their visit on-site. They can also reserve their visit: 

• Online: by filling out a request via the form.

• Directly at the ticket counter, attendance permitting. Audiences can then instantly pick up their tickets in paper or electronic format. 

ARTICLE 2 - Règlement et confirmation d’une visite

Visits can be paid:

• Online through the ticketing system using a credit card.
• By post, by sending a cheque made payable to CIté Immersive Viking's accounting agent to Hangar 105 bis, 105 Allée François Mitterrand, 76100 Rouen, France/
• By bank transfer.
• Directly at the ticket office using accepted payment methods on-site (check, credit card, or cash).

Groups receive their tickets electronically. If they wish, they can also be given to them in paper on the day of their visit. 

ARTICLE 3 - Cancellation and refund

In the event of cancellation by the customer, no refund is possible.
However, customers may exchange their tickets up to 48 hours before the scheduled date of the visit. 

ARTICLE 4 - Group arrival

The time indicated on the ticket is the start time of the visit. Groups are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the visit to allow time for organization and to start the visit on time. 

A gathering space is provided inside the Cité Immersive Viking. Group participants are invited to gather there while the group leader retrieves the necessary tickets for the visit and proceeds with group arrangements if necessary.

The group leader must come to identify themselves to the reception agents and inform them of the group's arrival. They must ensure that each participant is equipped with their entrance ticket and any necessary identification documents.
